By the end of this eight-hour workshop (2 hours per class for 4 Thursdays) participants will be able to recite and understand the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic, the language that Jesus spoke when he walked the earth.  Participants will also learn to sing these Aramaic words in several lovely melodies, and we will use gentle repetitive movements to dance the Prayer in a deeply meditative celebration.

No singing or dancing abilities are needed to engage in this practice. 

Our aim is to embody the Prayer, to pray with our entire being.
